FELLLIZE jewellery pieces are made of 925 sterling silver and gold vermeil. We use at least 2.5 microns thick of 14k gold plating on sterling silver for all our gold vermeil jewellery pieces.

We only offer high-quality jewellery pieces at FELLIZE, however, you may still want to follow proper care instructions to keep your jewellery pieces looking brand new.

Wear it often. One of the easiest ways to prevent tarnish is to simply wear your jewellery often since your skin’s natural oil prevents it from oxidizing.

No water, sweat or chemicals. Remove your jewellery before taking a shower, going to the pool or sauna, participating in physical activities, or doing household chores that involve cleaning agents or harsh chemicals because all these accelerate oxidation.

Buff it gently. Clean your jewellery regularly with clean cotton or microfiber cloth (not paper towels or toilet paper). Don’t use chemical cleaners on your jewellery.

Wear it last. Only put on your jewellery after you apply lotion, cosmetics, hairspray or perfume because the chemicals from these products can make your jewellery oxidize quicker.

Store it in an air tight pouch. Keep your jewellery in a dry location with low humidity. An air tight container out of direct sunlight is ideal – good thing each of our jewellery pieces come with a pouch that is perfect for storing your jewellery. Ensure not to bunch several pieces in one bag to save space as this will create tangling, scratching and tarnish!
